    21217ABC-AF5D-4CBA-A798-D6694351EA55.jpg Well, since I recently bought a Northstar AGM 27F battery, the rusting factory clamp/hold down just wasn’t fitting quite right.

    So thought I’d mill out a hold-down with exact measurements unique to the Northstar and replace the J bolts at the same time.

    I think it turned out ok.

    Looks good, the chatter makes it OK so I agree. Probably had the ends hanging out of the vice when you face milled.
