Battery question. I had a plan...

I'm on my second 24F Everstart Maxx, first one lasted about 5.5 years. They're pretty cheap and last just as good as anything else, imo. I thought about going with an agm battery just because they are sealed and won't give you any issues with corrosion, but they are about twice as high and usually don't have as much warranty as a standard lead-acid battery.
