    hi,

I searched and is getting no where with conflicting answers. I can't find the specs. I have a v6.

If someone can give me specs of our kind of trucks battery, it would be very helpful.

I know the min voltage is about 12v, but what about the current? Some high end batteries claim they maintain 13 volts even after 2yrs. So what is the correct voltage for our truck according to specs? How many Amps or milli Amps is the battery output? I don't have my truck, or else I'd have used my multi-meter to get an estimate on it instead of asking. I am looking for values according to spec?

And how much is the voltage and current drawn in Accessory mode, and while engine is running as well.

    Thanks!

(I am doing some experiments at home using my power supply unit, before I install it into my truck. I'm making something.)

oh. thanks @Lester Lugnut , I thought for some reason this forum was for all tech related doubts/questions, and they'd tell me to post here if I had posted in 3rd gen forum. Cool anyways, let me do that.
