Hey folks Fortnite player here in Philly. Currently ranked #8 in wins in the city on PS4. Looking to see if anyone wants to play in scrims/ or 2v2 tourneys.

 

What a POS! There is nothing wrong with talking trash and what not (especially with no malicious intent) but this bastard was a sorry POS well before this. To even have a gun on you during something like this proves that he planned on doing something like this if he lost. I will openly admit I talk trash and get frustrated with the best of them but this is ridiculous. Unbelievable!

When you play alot of games you need to physically take care of yourself. You can't play 6 hours a day of video games and roll in and out of bed. The chemical imbalances that will occur in you body and mind will take a huge toll mentally. Evolutionary humans have been extremely active from the beginning literally only until the 80's when video games/tech started coming out. What we are seeing is a really bad social experiment occurring.

 

If youre only playing 6 hours a day and rolling in and out of bed theres something off about timing lol.

While I might agree that you need to be physically active that was not the case here. The guy was obviously unstable. In possesion of a handgun illegally (not 21). Also the details haven’t been release but it seems like he left the venue got the gun and came back.

 

I meant that if you are playing videogames 6 hours a day than you usually have a sedintary lifestyle

 

When fortnite was released I was playing 5-8 hours a day, working (active duty), and working out. Time management. But this guy was nuts video games or not

 

Some people can manage it and some just get hooked. This kid punched a hole in his mothers door to get to the controller she took away and locked up in her room. Ontop of the issues it seems like he went down hill fast when his parents divorced. It sounds like they probally let him do whatever he wanted as a kid and it spiralled out of control. He was probally playing 5-6 a day from when he was a young kid and his parents ignored it. At a young age a kid needs to develop, socialize, get hobbies.

 

I gotta get the video loaded up but this was one of my better solo wins from last night. Play 4 solo games, won 3....Ill take that kinda night!

Its funny, I can win prolly 2-3 out of 10 matches on PubG but I may have a handful total of wins on Fortnite (solo). I feel confident that if I get first shot on someone, 90% of the time I'm walking away and they aren't.

 

That's my problem right there I can normally get first shot but end up losing the battle

Haven’t played pubg in a while, but in fornite it’s definitely about 80% building and 20% shooting and everything else. You could be the best shot, but if the other guy can “out build” you, and get the higher ground, you’re pretty much screwed lol

 

meh, not anymore. now it's who has the better spam weapons.

 

Ive rounded out now at 540 wins in fortnite most being squads. Fortnite is all about the building. And aggresive pushing even with a bad load out. You just have to be able to build and you can survive anything

I've got 276 total wins, and 103 of those are solo.

I've really quit playing as much lately because of the recent updates changing the game so drastically. I don't love it anymore, but it's still alright.
