Battlefield 3 vs Call of Duty mw3

Bf3 hands down. Played the beta.. it was damn good

 

I am so excited for BF3! I still play around on BF2 for the pc, it never gets old. The main thing I am concerned about is the massive maps and the 12 person teams on xbox/ps3. After you factor in one person in a jet, two in a helicopter, one in a tank and more than likely someone standing by the jet or heli spawn waiting there turn. You are left with 6 maybe 7 people on the ground trying to capping points on a giant map. I will 100% be getting it, I am just curious to see how it works out.

 

I jus hope or more like wish that the heli and jets have to be flown with SKILL and not arcade style.

 

I hope so too, I finally got pretty damn good with the choppers in bf2 (I'm the guy doing barrel rolls in a blackhawk covered in C4 lol) but I have no idea how the jet guys do it. They are insane lol

I hear that, I was a nasty nasty man when I got in the seat of a cobra.

I never really got the hang of flying in BFBC2, at least on xbox there's no way to practice like in BF2. I hope theres some way to train in BF3, whether that be a map just filled with bots or a single player mission you could play as much as you please.

I had one do the same thing to me in the beta, it really felt like an "oh shit" moment.

 

I do not see "i can't wait" on the scale of 1 to 10.

 

Haha...I had some moments with tac lights and lasers hitting me in the face where I really got pumped...seems so realistic.

 

I have both pre-ordered but am more looking forward to BF3. I don't know if MW3 will be different than previous COD's but what I liked more about BF is the ability to destroy buildings, brush, etc.

 

BF3!!!! and probably won't bother with MW3 since I won't stop playing BF3 until 2013! It's the only one you need. I got Bad Company 2 the beginning of this year right after I got my new pc and have been hooked ever since, plus it comes out first, so better gaming sooner you just can't beat it. btw the poll has to be rigged or something cause it ain't right. Can you tell I'm a Battlefield fan?

 

Unfortunately probably not...many people will keep buying their games because it's become such a franchise. I think COD is fun as hell but they have continued to disappoint me with their releases. I also like the idea of having dedicated servers more with BF3, I can't stand anything more than server latency issues.

 

No you don't have to pay to play online, it just gives you all the map packs as they come out, and it does stuff with the computer too, like links your game to fb and stuff, lot of extra stats and such that comes with elite

I had the beta for battlefield 3 and it was AWESOME. I liked the second one too so I will probably be getting it.

 

I am not much of a gamer but have logged my share of hours online. I don't much care for the basic single player stories. Find them boring and predictable. I want to see a game somewhere in the middle of BF3 COD. COD is too small killing or being killed on the tiny maps several times per minutes. Played a while on the BF3 Beta. Liked it but found the maps were too large for action packed game and unlike others thoughts, I thought it was a campers delight. After getting fed up with my team members running off in all directions just pulled up some high ground and sniped people at will. With no Kill cam, the enemy had no idea where I was shooting from.

That said I will end up with both im sure. My favorite is still Kill Zone 3. Silkiest smoothest gameplay of them all. Never so much as a hiccough online and a intuitive A.I. in the campaing mode.

 

BF3, are those sound effects (voices of the enemy) the same from the latest Medal of Honor for PC?....
