Battlefield 4 "All Inclusive" Thread

When does BF4 come out/ i havent bought a shooter game since COD4(the best in my opinion)

 

that is one of my all time favorite shooters. along with cod waw. but bf4 is already out for ps3-ps4 and xbox 360. it'll be available for the xbox one in a day or so.

 

COD4 was the shit...

Is there an dedicated multiplayer thread for BF4, if there's regulars who play i'd go out and buy the game today.

Has anyone played a game where they were not getting a hit marker while clearly shooting an enemy? That has happened to me a couple times and it makes for an interesting/frustrating game lol

Boost gets installed Saturday, Sliders Sunday. but friday night and Saturday night ill be one.. probably Sunday night too. lol

 

A couple of times I have gotten a PERFECT sniper head shot, and they didn't die. That really pisses me off. Fortunately ever since the recent update I haven't had any trouble getting in on my PC. Now I can play pretty much whenever I want. Occasionally still have certain sound effects go silent for a few seconds. Obviously not my sound card because I still have most all other game sounds. Usually just occasionally I lose engine sounds for a boat or truck or tank I am in.

Only recently have I seen hit reg issues on PS3. Or maybe only recently I am feeling confident enough in my shots to notice it.

 

I am thinking it has to do with server lag. That is always the problem with online multiplayer games.

Happens all the time... I wonder if it's a glitch or something you can opt for if you're hosting a lobby. I actually kind of like it Makes you a little more aware of where you're shots are going. I've noticed I'm more accurate when it happens lol. Can't explain it.

Well last night I have to say was the best game I played so far. I had near zero lag, my ping was under 25, and things just rolled into place. I even received TWO promotions after just a single map run. I don't have the maps or names all memorized, but it was one of the flooded small city maps. I did the best I have to date in the game. I'm not really good at FPS, so you have to understand that for ME to rank 10 out of 15 players on my team, THAT is a good thing. My average map has me with 2-4 kills (though I have had as many as 15) with about 20 deaths. I usually always am a sniper, because that is my skill set. The only thing I hate about most all servers, is that when you die, you get to see who killed you, and from where. Part of the advantage of a sniper is stealth. This means that every sniper kill requires me to relocate, which exposes me. I don't like that part. I know it can be shut off, because I was on a couple of maps that DIDN'T show where you got killed from. Last night was funny. I was so hidden in some brush that an opposing player's sniper ran up right beside me and even laid down LITERALLY less than 5 yards away. I wish I could have seen his reaction when I stood up, took 2 steps, then slit his throat and took his dog tags. To date I have several stealth knife kills. I am not counting the ones where you run into them, or they run into you, and you knife them. I am referring to the ones where I sneak up behind and take them down.

I am still trying to learn all the keys and everything. Not very good instructions for sure since I downloaded the game. Some keys I still don't know yet.

 

I hate floodzone more than any other map in this game
