like moving on from the rack completely? or just changing it? let me know, I may be interested... though without the lower rack don't think I'd want to run the tire swingout due to weight...

thanks! I like it best out of all orientations of lights I've had so far, seems the cleanest with the orange film also.

yes moving on completely. you should be fine, the bedcage doesnt tie into the bed rack at all, they don't even touch. There is some lateral tie in due to the connecting of both sides of the frame, but if you have frame plates or even just the bamf or similar shock relocation i wouldnt hesitate. the hinge sits on a really strong boxed part of the bed, and anything less than a 35 starts to weigh a lot less.

Yeah, I think I spent about 2hrs at his shop just talking and it wasn't even about my truck lol. He's a real cool dude and I'm looking forward to his work. I just have to wait until September when he can take on the job.

Great meeting you at Eagle Lakes Jimmy! Looking forward to the next evolution of your build.

I believe you were talking about replacing certain things that I was interesting in procuring from you, though I can't remember what those were. Let me know if you do.

Jimmy.. was it you who had the switch panel where the dimmer knob is? I went thru your whole build but didn't recall seeing it.
