Looking at getting a BDS 2.5" Strut Spacer lift kit, 2" Rear Block kit, and the NX2 series rear shock absorbers on my 2016 Taco. Any thoughts good or bad? I appreciate any feedback.

I saw no one commenting on your post, just a lot or trollers probably watching, and saw you're from Pittsburgh, home of my beloved Steelers, so I thought I might offer my 2 cents. And ya might brace yourself for the coming 'spacer lift bashers' that usually come out of hiding on these posts.

So here's the deal. You can get be just fine with a spacer lift on the front strut up to about 1.5"(3/4"in spacer), some say 2"(1" spacer). Any more than that and ya need to add a diff drop kit, new upper control arms, and probably the ECGS bushing fix. Remember, as I showed ya, the lift you get on the front will be about twice the thickness of your spacer. As far as the back goes. That 2" block will cause the degree of angle for your drive shaft to change by quite a bit. This invites vibration and axle roll. I would go no more than a 1" rear block. The fact that you live in Pittsburgh and not out in the west/southwest means you're probably not crawling the thing or off-roading it as much as our western friends do with their trucks. If you ARE planning those type activities or any serious off-roading, go ahead and do full suspension now and save yourself the headache and cost of re-doing it. If you're just wanting 'the look' and ability to run a bigger tire, the spacer lift will be fine. But go maybe a 2"/1" front/rear. Otherwise, as I said, there's quite a bit of other stuff you need to change out.

And I forgot to mention... If you do that much lift on the front(2.5"), you will need a shock designed for that amount of lift. The stock shock will be too stretched out. So all 4 shocks would need changed out. Not just the backs.

I just installed a 3" spacer in the front and 2" in the rear. I went with freedom offroad's UCA's ($340 for the pair) and a set of skyjacker rear shocks. PLEASE get an alignment after the lift install!

My daughter and I will be there Oct 6th when the Ravens come to town. I was there the last game of the year last season when they all stayed on the field after beating the Bengals watching the jumbotron seeing if the Browns could come back and beat the Ravens, giving us a playoff birth. It didn't happen, unfortunately. That was also the game Brown no-showed...

OP probably a better (and healthier) spacer lift option may be to go with a top-plate spacer that doesn’t load the coil. Something like this:
