Nope, but we just try to save people from wasting money on ignorance. Better to learn from the mistakes of MANY others and do it right the first time.

I am very glad I swapped out my spacer/block lift as well....
Tons of great useful info on the forums, check out some of the members build threads, can learn a ton between what parts people run and where they use their trucks and what parts they have installed and what upgrades have needed to be configured.

That is not how you measure if a truck is level. You are suggesting how to equalize wheel well space. 2 different things.

Turns out I was wrong as far as what the 4 wheel world says leveling is. Bradshawnh is correct. I just think the truck will look stupid when the rocker panel is nosed up just to equalize fender lip height. To each his own I suppose.

I find it strange that you can "level" a truck (as leveling is defined in the 4x4 world) and actually make it unlevel.

    Boy times are changing.

It won't be long before we have bathrooms for people that don't know if they are a boy or a girl. Wait.... I think we have those now...

Here are the joys of a spacer lift.

The point you make totally makes sense. But looking at it from a similar perspective, I dont get why you would use your mid 30,000 dollar truck to go offroading and potentially bang up?

5100s and using new coils to lift is the cheapest proper way to level your truck in a way that has no negative side effects. If you simply use the 5100s to level the front, you do so by compressing the stock coil. It will harshen your ride (ask me how I know) and decrease your available travel up front. It is still better than a spacer lift, but it makes for a truck that does not ride as well as stock. If you don't mind a somewhat harsher ride, then you are good to go with your choice.
