Is there anyone out there running the 6in coil over lift from BDS? Really considering going with that lift kit. Just curious about some pros and cons about the lift. Thanks!

All three 6" drop bracket style lifts are similar in design, and performance. The one thing that sets BDS apart from the rest is the option of buying the kit with Fox Coil overs and shocks. BDS also includes a slightly larger skid.

They do differ with the method of lifting the rear through. Pro Comp and Fabtech include an add a leaf and block. BDS uses a lift block only.

My suggestion for any of the 6" kits is buy stainless steel extended brake lines from the get go, makes for a cleaner install by ditching the brake line spacers. PM OCtaco for a good deal on front/rear sets.

    Bilstein 3 inch w/ 5100's
Question for y'all.my tacoma's sitting on a 3' bilstein w/ 5100's.20 inch moot metals wrapped with 33 inch toyo's.its a smooth ride.,but i want a little more height.if i go with the bds coilover lift(fox shocks)..think it's going to be a stiffer ride?thought about the regular 6 inch lift from bds.asked the guy at the shop if there was a big difference in ride quality between the two.he said "it's a night and day difference"(but he also is the owner of the shop.the coilover lift is also about 1500$ more..that a pretty big profit difference if you ask me)
So I'm asking you all.what would y'all do?
