Take a road trip to Ocracoke Island. Its a 45 minutes free ferry ride from Hatteras village. Bunch nice little restaurants there, all open beaches for beach driving. If you don' feel like going to Ocracoke go to this place called "Dinkys" it located in Hatteras Village, good food nice water viewes.
