Was just checking the satellite view on google maps and looks like we were 12-13 miles from the end of hwy 87 out of Galveston and about 5-7 miles away from the first (or should I say last?) beach access rd off 87 out of Port Arthur.

I'm up for an entire run to Port Arthur one day if we can get started a little earlier.

Yea, getting to the house at 7 was a little later than I was hoping for. But it was still fun.

Ya, I did not know that you guys would be coming my way. I'm in Port Arthur and I drive this everytime I go to McFaddin beach. I was thinking that you guys were going to be in Galveston, not over by HighIsland. Oh well, next time.
