Yeah man, something is off. Are you positive you took off the overload the passenger side too. Don't want this to sound dumb....just trying to think of what it could be.

Is the leaf pack center pin properly seated on the alignment hole on the axle? It is isn't seated, that could cause the driver side to be noticeably higher than the passenger side. See pics in step #23 in the thread below for the alignment hole below the leaf that I am referring too.

Actually looking at it, it looks like its not completely vertical. But I cant see that misalignment causing it to be so much higher then the other side. Maybe Ill order a new one and replace it for good measure.

No been swamped with work and havent gotten to crawl under it and compare the two sides. Im thinking about just removing the AAL and airbags and going with the OME Dakar's though. Thats the option I wanted first... dont know why I didnt.

Oh.....I didn't know you had airbags too. I've never had em, I can tell you that the AAL is easy and simple and shouldn't be giving you any problems.....I wonder if the combo you have is what is giving you problems.

The Dakar leaf pack I had on my previous Tacoma. If you leave the pack the way it comes it gives you a 2.75" lift. You'll have to supply bushings...because they don't come with them. If you leave it 2.75", you should get extended travel rear shocks as well as extended rear brake lines.

I know someone here was running them and removed a spring or 2 or something to get a good height.

I actually encounter the issue with the air bags have no air in them. When I inflate them I can level the truck out.

Will the baja trd (red) springs work with the 5100s and provide lift?

I think you would need the 6112s.

I would think so to because the collar on the baja bilsteins looks to sit lower.

Strange because the seller of the baja springs replaced them with OME 885s to support a plate bumper.

I was under the impression that the trd baja springs were the same springs as the eibach springs which are sold in toytecs lift kits but just silver instead of red.

I don't think so. The Toytec springs provide 1.6" of lift. The Baja provides 1.75" lift, though this could also have to do with spring perch placement. The Baja springs are also 650lb rate, whereas the Toytec spring is 620lb.

Interesting. My concern was with the spring collar being low on the baja shocks vs the bilsteins 5100s. But the eibach still look longer than the baja springs.

Are you sure those are the 1.6" springs? Toytec also sells 2.5" springs, which I'd guess are the ones pictured.

Can the front setup be purchased separately?

Question for those that installed the baja front suspension, does it eliminate the taco lean, or would you recommend something like the toytec top spacer to eliminate lean?

If you have the Toyota baja/pro suspension, you should not have to add a 1/4 taco lean spacer to compensate for the taco lean.

While the front Baja/Pro already accounts for the lean and you shouldn't have to, with my Icon 3 leaf AAL in the rear (overloads removed) I still ended up with Taco lean.
