    Exactly, someone could have stole that truck, the kids/people getting hit could have stole from the driver, a million different scenarios.

    Portland, Eugene, Medford for the most part. This story was on the Lars Larson radio show today and the video came from a home owner’s security camera. Happened last week and the home owner notified the Portland police and until they saw the video they didn’t believe him. Also nobody’s called the cops so they think that the kids and the driver know each other and we’re up to no good. Maybe the truth will come out, maybe not.

    Really? What if they attempted to rape someone and were caught in the act? Fair game to run ‘em over in my book. I know that’s an extreme example and likely isn’t the case, but without the backstory no one knows.
