Oh it’s a common theme up here, not just taco drivers. Usually the parking lots are pretty empty here so it’s not a biggie.

 

I don't take up 2 spaces but I always eat into the yellow lines and will drive around and around
a parking lot looking for a space so I can eat into those lines. I don't want somebody's grandma
to sling open their door into my truck.... been lobbying my cardiologist for a handicapped sticker
but he won't give me one - I should just print one up LOL... it's not about parking 'close' it's about
keeping my pristine truck pristine.... at least as long as I can.

What kills me is... I'll park far away with 200 other parking spaces all around me, and every time some
idiot pulls into a spot right next to me. 200 other empty spaces across the size of a football field and
they park RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Why these people can't create WIDE parking spaces beats all I ever seen.
Is there some international law that says parking stripes have to be narrow?

Parking spaces were a lot wider 40 years ago. Then, someone figured out that if they narrowed the fuck out of the spaces, they could get more cars in the same space. When building retail spaces, the cost can be substantial. So, once again, it's all about the money (and not yours - unless you're there to buy).
