Well these will light it up! I think they're only like $25 a pair the way I figured is for that price I'll have them in and wired up and working if they go bad I'll order another set. They don't come with a harness but if you order from Amazon they suggest a harness I believe it was like $12 then I just cut the wires leading to the lights and extended them to the rear. That is if you want them on a switch, some folks have simply wired them into the reverse lights.

I'm planning to connect to reverse lights with an override switch to turn them on manually also. I bought some DPDT relays to make that happen for those and some Hella off road lights that I want to be high beams also.

One more question and I have to call it a night. If you were going to plastidip a bumper would it be better to do a chrome one or painted? I found both on CL for the same price.

There is a thread in here about wiring the bumper lights up that way. I believe the guy said he had to put a diode in the revese light wires so it wouldn't back feed if he turned them on manually with the switch which makes sense. You may want to check with @Coot83 I believe he bought a set of ights with the flanges on them and they are a different brand. IDK if he got them hooked up yet. I was going to help him cut the holes in the bumper but it hasn't worked out yet

I have only done a chrome one. The rear bumper in the picture is dipped. I don't see where it would really make a difference. Contact me before you do it and I'll help walk you through it. It's easy but if not done rt it's hard to remove. The last time I stripped my bumper and redipped it it only took me like 10 minutes to strip the plasti dip off.

My 1st choice is the painted one because it looks brand new but in case it's gone by then I'll pick up the chrome one.

That is perfect! Thank you for making my dream a reality!

Sadly, no, that may happen Monday. Hopefully, Elizabeth will install it correctly.
Tonight was "let's plant a tree, then harvest moss from the woods to plant around it's base" night

It's what I did. Angle bracket, wide bar stock, and boom! Custom bracket for a fuse block

    Almost exactly like mine!

Whichever one is closer and easier to get, you're going to rough up the surface with 80 grit sandpaper anyway....

Is the painted one a different color or black? What color do you want it to be?

Hell, I've got a chrome one that already has the trailer harness plug hole cut out so you can relocate the 7 pin, plus a factory hitch...

NOOOOOOOO dont scuff the bumper for Plasti dip please just cean very well. For paint yes absolutely I would scuff perhaps with 220 or 180 to promote adhesion. For dip Only clean really well If you scuff it it's hard to remove. Forgive me for sounding like a know it all lord knows I don't

The one I'm looking at is Barcelona Red but I want it to color match my Silver. I don't even know if there is a plastidip color that matches but close enough is good enough. I may get a quote from a body shop to paint it but I have a feeling that will be expensive.

Don't know if I can deliver that during the week... might be hard to fit in the charger!

I honestly don't even know what bumpers go for.
