No worries. Won't be the last run. Me and a friend went up New Year's Day last year and it was a good time. Hit snow towards the top and things got real fun. Lol.

 

I would say mobtown cus they are close and seem to have quality stuff from what I hear from others. SOS I know has quality stuff as I researched when I was in SC and was gonna get some before I moved to korea and of course the usual suspects Pelfrey, CBI, Bruteforce and I love my RCI sliders and skids. I really don't think you can go wrong it just comes down to small details I have noticed and would change on things plus shipping sucks lmao.

I ended up going with BAMF. Pelfrey never responded and it will have been almost a week. I would still love to get their bumper but they aren't really making an impression. trying to be understanding since it is a family holiday, but would expect an update on the website saying such. Then I'd be fine. No news is bad news in the retail world.

exactly my point. Post on the website ***be advised store is closed from this date to this date**** have an out of office email reply. Ignoring emails and not updating customers is piss poor.

 

just like a dealership....you don't want to work with me or be a dick, fine I'll go somewhere that actually WANTS my money! I do feel bad for small companies that can't keep up with the "supply vs. demand" issue, but they can only grow if the 'demand' stays there.

I'm sure you will be happy with the BAMF. I don't have any aftermarket items on mine yet, but other folks here really seem to like them. Let me know how the fit and install goes, since I have the same year as you.

Sounds like me....rims, rear leaf assembly, headlights, sparkplugs, just sitting there waiting for 'later'!

 

You guys should see my garage. Sadly I'm not exaggerating when I say I have multiple piles of items. They are literally just piled up waiting. Anything from lca's to stereo equipment.

 

I thought we were going to tackle your stereo set up??? We need to set up a day. I'm pretty much free now Saturday's and Sunday's, so we can look at something.

I told him the same thing. Even mentioned fixing that boogered up mess behind his front tires. But just like you, he doesn't want to come visit me.

 

I'm trying to knock out a few things that are a bit more "vital" first. Instead of continuing to push those items to the back burner in order to do even more "fun mods". Sadly I have lacked the discipline on prioritizing the list.

I did finally change all the break in gear oil and antifreeze, so I'm finally on the right track!

 

Maybe next month....wife is still on the emotional rollercoaster. A lot things kinda went on the back burner.

Managed to get her pumping on the regular so she can leave the house and do something to feel a little normalcy.

As of right now I have my sliders that need to get painted, and my front bumper that needs to go on.
