I only know of this after seeing a few guys being brought in the same dilemma after the install. It would be worth it if the guy is open to it to hear it on his ride. Im getting my rear modded soon where I wont really have a muffler anymore, but from what I have heard I would just keep what you got.

yeah I just wanted something with more of a "throaty" type growl to it. I know it's not an 8-cylinder, but love the sound of big Ram's and F250's.

Mine comes off some what throaty with the TRD exhaust tip. Could be worth looking into that.

how much you looking to get for it? Also, why did you take it off, is the sound a pain in the long run, like @Coot83 mentioned above?

Yea it does make a more throaty sound, although in essence its just another item to get destroyed and crunched while wheeling. A bent up exhaust can lead to no bueno.

Its not that bad and it actually sounds good. i probably could have kept it and done a resonator and added a little more pipe and it would sound great. I just got a good deal on a newer exhaust with tip. This thing is perfect for offroading though as it is literally magnaflow off road series. PM if you are interested.

I would think its the whole exhaust, not just the exhaust tip, no?

I would be surprised if there is more to it than the tip, but who knows.

Edit: After being educated, I guess there is more to it like you say with the piping itself.

    That's a bad thing? ;)
I am "essential", meaning I still have to work, but just won't get paid. Trump will sign the bill after he wakes up and has a few cans of diet coke.

A few years ago we "realigned" and changed our status from essential to nonessential. Now no one in my office is considered essential. Sort of kicking ourselves now.

Well it is equivalent to about 1000 overland points so sounds like a good deal. I don't think I could pay more than 20k for a trailer unless it had a pool in it.

Any of you guys ever been to or thought about going to uwharrie nation forest? Me and 5 other buddies from VA and maybe a few from Georgia who drive Toyota’s are planning a Memorial Day weekend trip down there to camp and do some wheeling on the trails in there and also enjoy the lake and other things the forest offers. We’re not 100% set on that weekend yet due to our lack of knowledge of the camping situations and all that. But if any of you guys know anything about it any information is helpfull. Or if anyone would maybe even like to join in and convoy down and come wheel and camp for the weekend that’s fine as well. We’re all open to meeting new people and wheeling with new people
