Anybody have experience with U-Haul trailers?

I need to rent one to bring some stuff back from my late mother-in-laws house in West Virginia.

The U-Haul website says that my vehicle V6 Tacoma is capable of towing a 5x9 Utility Trailer and even a 6x12 Cargo trailer, but not a much-smaller 4x7 Utility Trailer, which is all I really need.

    Why can't I tow a smaller trailer?

They go off the rated weight you can tow. Which I think they don’t have a clue. I hauled a 5x9 from VA-TX twice. Gas mileage blows.

Im down in Asheboro NC on day two of repairing my friend's flippac camper. One hinge broke so we've had to remove the hinges which wasn't easy.

I use a 6'4"x10' utility trailer, primarily trash and recycle center runs and for hauling firewood rounds.

expect 9 to 12mpg average depending on load, terrain and speed.

It was loads of fun. We really enjoy figuring out problems and fixing them or making improvements on something. The flippac was interesting with its combination of rusted, frozen parts, fiberglass, and hidden tubing. Luckily we took along our epoxy and fiberglass since we wound up drilling holes in the camper.

For anybody who has removed the plastic panels behind the rear seats.

Is there any kind of a grommet in the back wall of the cab through which I could fish wires, similar to the grommets in the firewall?

I really don't want to tear the panels out without knowing whether there is a grommet or not.

    TIA.

Never had my back trim panels out, but I did find a pic of when I had my bed off awhile back. Two grommets on the lower sides and also the cab pressure vent in the center.

Those two grommets on the side are a good place to put wires. One feel out of my truck so now i have a nice little hole with the molle panel lol
