Maaaannnn.... I'll try to make it as short as I can.

The girl I was kind of seeing and I haven't really been talking much. Mainly on her, cause she's pushed me to the point that I just don't care. Well, I do, but that's a different story.

After not hearing from her since last Saturday, she texts me Thursday night "Hope you're doing well and you have a great weekend". Did I respond? No. For real, 5 days without contact? You didn't have 10 seconds in 5 days to shoot me a text or a few minutes for a phone call? That's like a no call/no show at work.

So I made a joke on Facebook last night about how it was a little chilly and I was missing my favorite hoodie and how I wished it would come home.

Well, my friend tags her in the comments and says he thinks I'm talking about the one she "borrowed". So she sends me a text this morning saying I'm ridiculous cause I can't respond to a text but I can play a "passive aggressive pity game".

So I took 20 minutes out of my busy day to let her know exactly what I think about her. :D

Oh I'm a little irritated with the whole situation, but like you said, it is what it is. Seems I'll never understand, and the older I get, the more ok with that I am. I'm still thinking about a trip to Moab next fall for my birthday, and I've half ass kind of started to plan it out a little bit. Guess this just gives me more time and money to do it.

Life with the rt woman is a wonderful thing or I wouldn't have been married for over 30 years now. Any relationship takes work we are all individuals in the long term you may loose some of your identity to the other person as you meld more into one. There are things like some adventures and hunting trips in life I may have done if I were single but in the overall having a wonderful wife and 2 good chidren has been the most wonderful thing that could have happened to me. And, I only speak for myself as we are all different. If the rt one comes along you'll know it. I found mine at 17 you may find yours at 70. Life's a funny and fickle thing there's not much choice but to roll with it

I agree. I'm just playing a different hand of cards.

Shitty part is with this one, when we get along and everything is good, it's amazing. Better than any other girl I've had any kind of relationship with. Like one of those "you already know you want to spend the rest of your life in some way with this person" kind of amazing. But, she's so caught up in her own head due to some issues from her past, we just end up on this roller coaster ride of emotional availability. I just can't do it anymore. It's been months of this. It's bringing me down as my own person.

I've spent months trying to show her that I'm not going anywhere, I'm not going to hurt her (or her kids, and yes, I was ready to take on that responsibility if things got that serious), and that she doesn't have to shut down on me because I'm not the person or people that have done all these things to her in the past. It sucks, but it really is what it is.

I'm about to switch from my 2011 Silver Taco to a 2015 White Taco. Anyone locally want to buy the (unpainted) pair of side view mirrors with signal I have?
More importantly, anyone comfortable helping me tackle the BHLM? My war on chrome will start with the headlights :)
Also, if anyone here is interested in swapping those wheels (+$) let me know. I will be putting my current wheels on the new one.

    A thing or two...
I wasn't around for the storm but it messed stuff up. Where I am in town seems to have escaped damage though.

Morning / afternoon. Not bad since I was able to get back home.

I've always liked white the best but silver seem to be most prevalent. Found it in Cleveland, so I'll be picking it up Wed and driving it back.

I have cracked open mine a few times, I can def help you out man. I even have a tutorial in my sig if you want to take a look at the disassembly process. It will have more items in there as I swapped to projectors, but I would encourage you looking into installing some projectors if you are going to go through the motion of splitting them open.

I'm up in Alexandria at least once a month if you'd like to "crack" mine open! I'm really ignorant when it comes to HID though. Yours look really good though.

Ah thanks man, do you have a spare set you can use in the mean time if you were to drop off your lights? Or were you thinking about hanging out and getting them done?

As far as HID is considered, I went through theretrofitsource.com. Surprisingly they are the most competitive price wise and they can tell you exactly what you need. Might not hurt to give them a call tomorrow just to see what it could take to install projectors in yours. I believe they have a few retro kit versions with different quality projector lenses so that you can choose between the low, med, or top tier. You can always throw in some LED/HIDs later on if you want.

Regardless, just give me a shout a head of time and I should be around.

Well wonderful job and I like white myself (nothing against any of the other colors) I sincerely hope you like it and have found the white doesnt show dirt all that bad and hides scratches. Are you planning on sharing any details about the truck or is this a secret mission? Wil you be modding this one? Sorry I'm bored sitting here don't mean to ask so much
