    Hi,
I am looking for some ideas ...
At the front of the bed ... dead center are two threaded holes approximately 2 1/2" apart. It looked like that would be a handy spot to have a tie down bracket.
I called the local dealer and apparently Toyota does have a bracket that mounts there but is must be made out of pure titanium because they want a small fortune for it.
    Any alternative ideas?
    Thanks!

That is for the OEM trifold tonneau.

You could make your own for a few $$, but I would not use it for heavy loads.
