I bought my Tacoma used and I have the cleats but not the part that goes into the rail or the bolt. I've seen people use tnuts. Do I just use those and a long bolt??15949404071121486029685255563428.jpg

Keep an eye on the buy/sell forum or even your local Craig’s List.
People sell them on the cheap all the time.

They sell just the part that goes into the bed rail?

I think you have to order the whole thing. Pretty sure I saw them for about 22 bucks.

Looks like there are a couple people selling these cleats over in the 2nd Gen classifieds. Do a quick search in that forum and you'll probably find some for not a lot of money.

What about the little endcaps that go at the ends of the bed rails.
Anyone know a part number or even what they are called?

No mechanical mods. Minor convience and useability tweaks.
the bolt has a flat, machined area on one side and the head is machined to fit in the bed side rail. You're also missing a big spring that fits between the knob and the top of the body base. These parts won't be available, separately. Bite the bullet and just get used ones in this forum, ebay or craigslist.

If you can get Tundra cleats, they’re aluminum and they anchor to the rail stronger and are harder to steal.

Also check Ebay - that's where I found some replacement cleats
