Where else can I strap down on the 6ft tacoma bed? I just want to put some tension down on cargo so it doesn't slide around.. it seems like the corner tie downs are only good for strapping down tall items like a motorbike..

Install a couple more "D-rings." You can place them where you feel is best. It's a cheap mod. too. :)

In addition to, or in place of, additional D-rings, you could also get some corner brackets to add to the bedrails which are really strong. I got a pair from JP Metal Fabrication, which has PayPal and sends out pretty quick. Check out their site at http://www.jpmetalfab.com/products.html.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been eyeing the core-trax system as well... gonna install them before I get the bed linex-ed
