bed doesn't line up withcab

i've got a 2015 acc. cab. just got my cap installed and you can see that the cab and bed are not lined up. i noticed it was off before but with cap on it it looks way off. took some measurements and cap is centered on the bed. looks bad in the mirrors. is this normal? ,dealer fix? loosen torx bed bolts and push over myself? or just live with it? it' driving me nuts.

yes i will take to dealer, but hate the hassle and time. thought it might be as easy as loosen bolts move over to allign retighten bolts.
