Bed leans to left. Cheapest fix?!

    go to a wrecking yard and pull one, or a set of leafs of another tacoma! I would never personally, run blocks of any kind on my truck. I would definitely never run only a block on one side to make up for lean. like others have said, the lean is pretty normal, especially for a truck that has between 200-300k as you're saying. Personally i'd take the body lift off and go with a new suspension lift. Billstein 5100's or Old Man Emu kit.
