    mine hasn't lifted at all, so i can't put a pipe wrench on it

    You can try and use a die grinder to cuts the sides of the head off to make a hex and then get a socket on it.

    If you drill the head off you will have to take all the bolts off and then get at the whats left of the bolt. Not fun

    Yeah die grinder and make to flat sides then use an adjustable end wrench/crescent to try and turn it out. Or you can make flat spots and use a punch and hammer. Or flat spots and lock a pair of vice grips to it. Then you can always beat on those with a hammer if you're so inclined.
