It had holes in it when I bought it.Used as a truck I guess.Repaired with fiberglass bondo.

Don`t have to reach through.You can tap on it from the inside.It`s made out of fiberglass.Was hoping to get information on dyi bed liners, not a bunch of smart a$$ replys.
