so it went good. just do what the directions tell u. in a few months when i start cutting wood again and see how it will hold up. MY ONLY MAJOR SUGGESTION IS MAKE SURE U HAVE LONG SLEEVES PANTS AND RUBBER CLOVES. DO NOT SAY I DONT NEED THAT STUFF. NO U DO THAT STUFF IS ALL OVER MY ARMS AND A BITTIE TO GET OFF. IF U PICK IT OFF SOMETIME SKIN COMES WITH IT. NO KIDDING. i wrote that is caps because it is very important. gas didnt even take it off that good.

Good to hear man! Thanks for the warning. I'll make sure to get a hazmat suit before I decide to start on this.

I have the kit that comes with a gallon of this stuff. Did that provide enough coverage for your bed? If possible, I want to cover the bed rails too.

So what do you think caused it to chip/peel? The water sitting in that area? The rest of what I could see looks great btw.

When applying Herculiner or any of the roll/paint in materials, it's EXTREMELY important to use a coarse abrasive on the bed's finish in order to give it tooth. Bed liner itself is thick material, so don't use anything finer than 80 grit...
