It's all good guys! I just didn't want to see guys dropping $90 on something that $35 gets a better (imo) product. I now have $55 to blow on other useless items like rubber truck nuts, and fuzzy dice!

I ordered a custom fit mat, heavy rubber off Amazon for $45 a few years ago, no tax, no shipping...and four years later, still looks good. I finally pulled it out and pressure washed it at the self serve car wash with simple green...

Not from what I can tell in the image on the Lowe's site. I'd say the one I found is better carpet, but it's hard to tell from just pictures.

I can't find anything custom for close to that price. All are at least twice that price.

Me neither... Hence the thread "bed mat for $35". It might not be for everyone, but it works well for me. Everything I saw was $90 and up

I understand. I've got enough of the 1/4" from TSC, so I'm going to cut it like you show. I may also get the carpet, to lay on top of it. I'm thinking I may take my German shepherd with me some times, and I know the hard plastic bed is too slick. I'm thinking about the carpet, because that mat gets really hot in the sun. The carpet may be enough by itself, but I'll see.

Thanks for the idea and the pics in the OP!

I looked at the Tractor Supply mats, but didn't like that they were not full width on the bed.

It took 6 months of looking on TW and Craigslist, but eventually found an used off-brand bed mat locally for $30.

That's great. Looks like a nice mat. Unfortunately, it doesn't help us, unless you are selling it, or know the brand, and/or where it came from? Also, probably costs more than you paid for it new. It would still need to be cut to fit my truck.

I have a topper. Forgot that in the post. I can't bear the idea of scratching up a $30k truck... I know blah blah mall crawler etc, but my trucks usually have a list waiting for me to sell them. I also always get top dollar. Seat covers, weather techs, bed mat, and lots of wax! I got back within $5000 of what I paid for my ridgeline after 7 years and 99k miles. First guy that came to look bought it immediately for asking price.

That's impressive, didn't realize they held that well. You sure your math is right on that one, something seems off?!

You miss the ridgeline at all? Looks like a pretty solid truck, I just couldn't get past the looks.

Great vehicle. Cargo bin in the bed was awesome. Primary front wheel drive wasn't for me. Made it feel like a car. Never cost me a dime in repairs. 1 set of tires, 1 set of brakes. It didn't tow well, tow/haul just locked it in a lower gear making 3000rpm at 65mph. Got a huge rebate in 2008 ($4500) and got a dealer demo, so it was a no brainer. 17-20mpg. No regrets, but I didn't buy another one. Of course there were no $21000 ridge lines with 3k dealer miles on them either.

I'm sorry, guess I wasn't so clear. I guess what I am trying to say, is that if the options presented in this thread do not match expectations, just be patient, and eventually an actual bed mat will appear somewhere for purchase at a discount.

Yeah, I know. While I was looking at it, I also saw the carpet mat of the same size and thought others might like to know.
