Bed mat, short/long $75.60 shipped!!

Maybe you got a defective mat. Just got mine and it's almost glossy looking.

 

I dont know man. Maybe they redesigned it.

 

UPS has “lost” my package. The bed mat has been in New Jersey since March 1st, was supposed to arrive yesterday and now is gone. UPS is starting an “investigation”. This is fantastic.

 

I have known for years that UPS sucks. Here's the latest thing I have found out. They have what they call "logical" scan and "physical" scan. Physical scan means they actually scanned the package somewhere. Logical scan means, "We think the package should be at this location by now, so we'll just pretend that we scanned it at that location and enter that into the tracking. So, even though the tracking shows it's in a certain city, it really isn't. It took my package almost 2 weeks to get from Ohio to Oregon.

 

Well I just spoke with a service rep at UPS. They sent me the link to file a claim and I did. What a pain that process is.... In the future I’ll just pay full price at a local dealer or ask them to price match.

 

I received an email stating mine was shipped on 2/27, have yet to receive it and can't seem to find a tracking number anywhere in the email or on their website.

 

It took a while for me to get one. The tracking came from my UPS account, not from the dealer.

 

I was just about to edit my post as I see you noted UPS. I have an account with them also and have not received any notification like I normally do with those types of packages.

 

I got mine on Monday in local

 

I had received the email on 2/27 as well saying it was shipped. Never saw anything with a tracking number or anything linked to my UPS. It showed up at my door today though. Looks good and well made.

 

I ordered mine on the night of the 28th and received it today. I had notifications from the dealership and UPS the entire time. Although mine stated it came from Ralph motors.

 

Forgot to update, been dealing with the hospitalization of my mother in law, everything is going to be ok, just been busy. I actually ordered mine while on my anniversary trip to Maui with my wife. Shared with you guys then, and had to come back 3 days into the trip due to said mother in law. My mat was waiting for me at home. So, just a few days to shipping , and a couple more to deliver. Mine went in easy, looked at one tone glossy black, and man, this thing is sticky as hell. Can't believe I was living without one!! Had to cut a small portion out due to drainage holes from tonneu cover, but other then that, WOW!!.. Hope all those still to get theirs, everything gets sorted, and it all works out for you guys!!!

 

Ordered mat and TRD brakes on the 25th.
Haven't gotten shipping confirmation but also ordered Drum brakes on the 28th separately and got those today

Got my Mat and Wheel Locks from Lewis Toyota yesterday. Took advantage of the sale they were having. Thanks for the discount code. HUGE savings.

 

Miami also cancelled my order. No notification until I called. They said maybe mid month they'll have more in stock but no telling if they'll be the same price.

 

Sucks that happened. TW strikes again. Too many orders I guess.

You are better off buying new cause you will very rarely find these used, and by the time you do, you could have been enjoying it if you had just bought one.

 

Ordered mine Feb 28th from Topeka and received it today in Phoenix.

 

So if I'm reading this thread correctly, if you ordered from Lewis in Topeka like the OP posted, you either received your mat or its on the way, but the other dealer is the one who can't meet the demand?
