Hey guys and gals new member here. I have a 2020 Tacoma and picked up a horse mat that is 4x6. Just wondering if someone is near the gta (Newmarket area). That has a bed mat for a 6ft bed I can trace to cut for my truck. Thanks in advance.

I did the same for my '21 DCLB. I live in Cornwall, but I can take all my measurements and send them to you or post here. Works great, much tougher and thicker (and heavier) than OEM.

Here's the dimensions and some pics. I was generous with my cuts around the wheel wells. You could probably give an extra 1/4" or so to make them sit more flush...but then you might hit the curve where the bed goes from horizontal to vertical. As you probably already know, these barn mats are heavy and thick...I used an OLFA knife to make my cuts, just have to go over them a bunch of times to cut deep enough through the rubber.

    ummm .....ya.
I would try a smaller grinder and cut off wheel. Might make for easier cutting? It would involve more clean up for sure.
How much is a hunk of that mat?

A utility knife gets the job done just fine. They often go on sale at TSC...the 5x7 mat, which is what you need if you want to cover the whole bed, is regularly $109.00, but I've seen them as low as $60 when on sale. The 4x6 mat is on sale now for $69, but that won't give you the width you need to go side to side (you'll be short about 2" on each side).

Cool much cheaper than a factory one. I got a factory one for really cheap as there was an IROC parked on top of it for a while!
    Inside joke!
