Agree. Spend 40 to 60 $K on a truck then worry about the price or cheap out on a bed mat ? Makes no sense to me. I know a guy who has a new $80K car but won't spend the extra buck to get cheese on a hamburger.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Your buddy is technically correct. If you get cheese on a hamburgers it's renamed a cheeseburger. Thus rendering ordering a hamburger with cheese silly. One would simply order a cheeseburger.

Incidentally, hamburgers are gross. Cheeseburgers are delicious

My pappy always told me to put good food in your belly, and cheap gas in your truck.

How's the WeatherTech bed mat? Local guy is selling one for $100...thinking about snagging it. Worth it?

I would say if in very good condition, and if similar to the toyota mat, any bed mat for $100 is worth it. Imo, I like that weatherTech is u.s. made, but they are priced way above the others. Myself, I like mats that have been made from recycled materials like what gator has done.

I put a pre fit bedrug in mine, it's strong and thicker than a mat and nothing will slide around very much on it at all. It was $170 and I bout it direct from the manufacturer, might be cheaper elsewhere though.

Couldn't agree more. Spend over $40K on a new truck and don't want to pay the $35.00 difference for an OEM mat?

Kinda like folks who get vinyl roll-up tonneau covers on their 75K Ford F series. Tell me you can't afford your truck without telling me you can't afford your truck lol

What tonneau material would be preferred for a 75K Ford? Velvet perhaps? Mink? Baby kitten?
