Looking into options. Like the decked system but would almost prefer half the bed still open, preferably the driver's side. Anyone have any suggestions? The decked system is definitely at the end of my budget. Not opposed to fabbing something, if anybody has any decent plans. My woodworking game is strong and I am skilled enough with MIG to not have to grind too much . Honestly would probably prefer to buy but could go either way. Thanks everyone!

You Tube has a bunch of DYI builds. www.goose-gear.com does offer two different width drawer systems and I don't see why you could not just run one. But if you have the skill build your own.

Definitely build your own. I've looked into the Decked systems but it just seems like they make a lot of the space unusable and if you got the skill and tools there's no downside to DIY. I've been brainstorming ideas to build my own and trying to decide between the double drawers vs single. Interested to see what you come up with if you decide to build!

The DIY route appeals to me in the sense that I can customize width, height, and function, for sure. I probably will go that route, just hoping for the low hanging fruit of an already made option. Guess I'll just have to start designing!

This is a great thread. Post pics of your design scribbles. As part of the design process, a random dude will then suggest something awesome and crucial to your design!
