Bed rack questions

So, I am looking for a bedrack for my 2017 off-road. I have a few stipulations. First, I am a paraplegic. So a rack that is to the top of the cab it out of the question. Second, I’m wanting to be able to put either a basket or a rack on top of it so I can just throw my wheelchair up in it and not have to worry about it in the bed with all the cargo. My wife will be the on putting it up there. I am a brand ambassador for Yakima. But I don’t like how their bars hang over the support bars. Any ideas?

 

Look for a 12" bed rack(I believe 18" is even with the cab)
Victory4x4, Martin, or Prinsu racks or just a few that will fit on racks. I have the Martin rack for my cab and will eventually have the camper rack.

Or maybe something like the KB Voodoo bed bars?

 

I was going to mention the KB Voodoo bed Bars. They sit about 6” above the bed and work with a tonneau cover.
