Bed Rack/Tent

Hello all. Probably has been ask numerous time and I have been reading a lot of forums but still do not feel comfortable in purchasing any products.

So here is the deal, I want to purchase a bed tent for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma DC TRD-OR that will sit on top. I have a toneauu cover on and I would like to buy a set of rails or find where I do not have to remove the cover. And then I am looking for the tent to sit on top. Just my girlfriend and I will be in the tent at when it is set up and together we're no more than 300lbs.

With Summer approaching and adventures awaiting I am trying to do this as cheap but still have the same durability as buying the expensive brands. What are my options for bed rails/racks that may work with a tonneau cover and then as well as a good durable tent system?
