Anyone know if any of the bed racks out there accept standard roof rack accessories (Yakima, Thule, etc.)? Looking to get either a bed rack or one the Yakima bed bar variants, which I know the Yakima ones will work with the accessories. Prefer the look of the bed racks but have quite a few roof rack accessories from my previous car that I would like to use with whatever I put on the bed. From what I have seen, most bed racks have larger rectangular cross bars that don’t appear would work with accessories designed to clamp onto the aero, square or round roof rack style cross bars.

If you are talking bed height, INNO bed stays ( I've used these myself) and Yakima has a setup as well.

Probably not going to do bed height (although it’s not off the table completely). Been leaning towards a mid height bed rack or something adjustable like the Yakima Overhaul HD.

If you have the Yakima round bars, just add them on top of the bed rack......IMGP1655.jpg home made bed rack with Yakima bars bolted on. I can use my kayak carriers and also the gunwale brackets for a canoe or ladder.

    4 Grade 8 bolts, 4 nuts, 4 lock washers, and 8 flat washers......inexpensive fix.
