Has anyone confirmed KB Voodoo brackets to work with Truck Covers USA or Retrax?

Yes for Retrax. Not totally sure about Truck Covers.

This is the bracket that must fit under your cover.

So to work with a Retrax, does the bracket just go under the track? I guess it just isn’t as water tight around the brackets? Anybody got photos of them with a Retrax?

What’s the difference between your hi rise and universal crossbars? I love your logo with the mountains hahaha but it seems like the hi rise is more tacoma specific?

They can both be used on the Tacoma, so it's really your preference.

    (I like the logo too)

Well shoot, I don’t know what to do. I’m wanting to run a sliding bed cover (retrax or truck covers) with a RTT, and also be able to mount 2 bikes on either side. Only visually want 2 crossbars. I would like to have the voodoo logo with the mountains haha but like the holes and crossbar look of the hi rise. What do you suggest Chad? Any weight ratings I should watch out for? Also, are the crossbars the same length on the universal and hi rise?

You should probably just go with the Hi Rise. People love them.

MVIMG_20180114_150521.jpg MVIMG_20180114_164004.jpg Love my voodoo tall rack. I get compliments all the time. Only thing is the powder coatng finish. I've had it on the truck for less than a year. Anyone else having issues with the powder costing peeling off? The side rails were replaced by Chad within the first month but now the rest of the rack (front and rear supports) are peeling like crazy literally in sheets. I've been trying to spray and reconstruction before rusts starts but it's almost the entire thing.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has issues.

Wow, I didn't see that one coming......I have been debating on these racks for the last two weeks pending my decision on what direction I am going, nothing is working?

I’ve had mine on for a while out in the rain in sun outside only. Mine only chipped at the rubbing points upon installation but I followed the instructions provided for those parts with some touch up paint. Yours are pretty bad

Mine is similar to yours, but not quite that bad. It looks like the metal wasn't clean when they powdercoated it, so the powdercoat has rust forming underneath it and comes off in like 4" sections. I'll probably just end up stripping the whole thing and spray it with bedliner.

Will your tonneau brackets work with an Access Vanish roll up tonneau cover?

That bracket looks thick! Does water get in when the tonneau cover is closed?

mine leaks a little because it doesn't allow the tonneau to sit all the way flush. I may try to add some rubber or something around to see if it can help seal it better.
