I am looking to do a rack over the bed for a car top tent. I want it to work with a tonneau cover. Any ideas or products ?

1000 Years and Toyota still couldn't make this a standard option?!

Check with the vendor @KB Voodoo -- I think his racks might serve this purpose?

    Way to much...but not enough.
Also look at @Mobtown Offroad they make some excellent bed bars for the trucks. I have them on and they hold an RTT no problem at all.

I just ordered a bed rack from Mob Town. Check out their website under "Bed Accessories".

Very helpful. Anyone have any reviews of the Voodoo or Mobtown racks?

How easy are they to remove? Would it be easy or practical to throw them on then haul something then take them off at your destination so you can fold up your tonneau?

I guess I don't understand the use cases if your losing the functionality of the tonneau

They come off by removing four nuts. It takes about 5 minutes.
