Maybe this is a dumb question, but do they mount in existing holes? Require drilling? Got a pic of it mounted and how it mounts?

No drilling required. Simply slide in the provided 1/4"x3" long sheet metal into the bed rails, it has two 3/8" holes tapped in it, then push the bracket against the bed rails slides and put your bolts in and tighten.. Simple as that! :D

On page two it shows where and how it mounts. I don't have the the "nuts" back from the laser shop yet.

What are the dimensions of the brackets, inside of where the "corner" would be to end of the leg?

Each "leg" as you could call it is 4.47" long.

These will strengthen your bed rails significantly. I remember when I first got my truck I was strapping something down and the rails were lifting and flexing. Bolting two corners down like this will let you strap down your cargo without worrying about your rails ripping out.

Can you tell us what this hardware is made from? Especially the T-Nuts?

The reason I ask, is because I am very disappointed with the BAMF bracket, with its rusting T-Nuts, in only 1/2 year.

Are you referring to his hardware or ours?

Well, I had quoted you on your parts list, so yes, I was referring to your hardware.

If I upgrade from BAMF to yours, I would not want your hardware to rust like BAMF's did.

Sorry, I know you quoted my post but I wanted to make sure before I said anything.

Our hardware is grade 8 bolts and washers, the laser cut "slide nut" as you could call it is mild steel powder coated, yes over time there is a chance of rusting, but the powder coat is very strong compared to the plated t-nuts. We may get them laser cut from 304 SS if cost is right. We will keep you posted. As far as rusting goes, you don't have to worry. :)

The cut off day will be the day we get the 15-20 guys who have paid. Once all guys have paid the order will be processed. We will not put the order thru until then. We have had to many people back out on other group buys and causes issues.
