Finally got around to fabing up these mounts to hold a Hi-Lift jack and a shovel! The shovel sticks up a little but i think that if you have a shell you will be fine. I you have a bed cover then you can mount an ax, or a trenching shovel or something without a wide head.

My bakflip blocked access to it. So I originally ordered KB Voodoo brackets but didn't think of the fact that my bakflip moved my rails an inch and didn't fit. This was my next best choice.

I may end up moving the bike mount and get my 36" Plano mounted on them against the header when I get back home.

The price includes shipping. Only difference is if you want them painted with hardware or not.

Here is an example of them mounted in the bed with a soft topper.

so you are having problems fitting the mounts between the bed cover mounts, or you just need a mount that has only 1 mounting hole?

I just need a mount that has only 1 mounting hole. I have the Undercover Ultra flex and it covers the rails. It bolts on at three spots on each rail. A mounting plate with 1 hole would easily solve the problem but for some reason hard to find.

You could try to use just one of the mounting holes on the bracket to see if it works. also you could drill a hole in the rails where you need it so that you can slide hardware through the hole.

Yeah I thought about that and will try those if I can't find anything else. Here is a picture from someone who put a V ring on:

My bakflip G2 is mounted just like that! I want to cut some notches out of the bedcover rails to make room for another bolt so i can mount my ammo cans under the bedcover, however i may have to use my mounts as drop brackets to have a lower mounting point so the bedcover can latch all the way down without hitting the tops of the ammo cans.

Another thing i need to fab up and get a picture of...
