You have access to a machine shop? If I could I would have made my own along with lots of other little parts I could use.

    Bullaculla,

I'm going to be in HI the first week of May. Any chance I could purchase some of these aluminum rail nuts from you then?

We were just there a couple months ago. We liked Oahu but liked Maui even better. I may have to hit you up about some small aluminum or mild steel parts that aren't much bigger than those rail nuts you made that I need made. Probably for a few pieces for test fitting and could turn into larger orders if you're interested. I don't know what you're role with said machine shop is or if you own it or what. I'm going to be shopping around looking for the best deal and w/USPS flat rate Priority shipping HI would be an option if you're interested.

Sure can! :) PM me with details on how many/what size.

Cool. Hopefully the weather is nice by then. Been pretty windy and rainy lately :(

I guess you haven't click the relocation bracket link in my sig :D
I ship everything USPS flat rate. Quickest and usually the cheapest.
The mini machine shop is mine. Its in my garage. I can make smaller stuff no problem. I try not to do any home projects at work anymore, unless its too big for my shop.
The mini machine shop was built mostly for making the brackets, and custom parts for e-cig mods.
Flamed Ti big bore drip tip

Hard to tell, but the bore is 3/8" right through, so you can drip right through the tip ;)
    :edit:
and I agree with you on Maui. I'm originally from there. Born and raised

How long ago was it that you lived on Maui? Do you know Kahai by chance? He's a TW member who lives there. I'll PM you with details on the part I'm looking to have made.

Rain's not bad. Here in Central California we're forgetting what rain looks like. Wind... as long as it's not cold and Hawaii doesn't know what cold is. I used to live on the big island and know the two seasons, rainy and not rainy. I also got stranded downtown where I worked by flooding for two days when the only passage home was under water. Wish I had my Taco then.

But, what I really want to know is WTH is a Ti big bore drip tip. I searched but couldn't find.

It's part of the pre-intake de-framble bearing actuator found on oscillating magneto-flux cooling rod.

All 2nd Gen Tacomas have this, except regular cabs.
