Well I was planning on bolting it where i could to deter theft. Still I am wondering if air can still get under the velcro. Not necessarily to pull it off, but just make it flap while still secured.

Dan, I have one, so far it is great. I got rust and grease on it (as you can see) from a floor jack, I used simple green and it came off. There is a lot of velcro on it and the sides tuck under the rail. I got mine on eBay Bedrug 05-09 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab (Refurbished) for $149.00. I can't find anything wrong with it.

I had a bed rug in an old Silverado and it held up great over the years. Actually outlasted the truck after it had gotten totaled haha! I gave it to a buddy and still has it in his truck 6 years later
