Yes! They are legal in all 50 states! some states have restrictions. http://www.bedryder.com/about-us.html here is a list! Could anyone tell me how to get my pictures I post to show up on the forum page as a thumbnail? I don't know why it isn't!

It's a Toyota, not a Subaru. :boink: In all fairness I'd love to have an old Brat for some reason.

Believe it or not the US wasn't always this huge nanny state and we actually had the freedom to do stupid stuff. I can remember in high school sitting on the toolbox of my buddies truck and riding around town. Stupid as hell, but nobody cared back then (except my mom, lol). Things seemed to have really started changing rapidly in the 90s. :(

Wow, lucky him! Hope I have the same luck! I have all paperwork in my truck but I will probably get pulled over quite a bit. Defiantly going to be a first for a lot of cops lol

Lmao, I hear that! My father has a lot of awesome stories that if I did would get me in some serious trouble. That's why I did the oldschool build, I think everything back then was better. even if I wasn't alive to experience it haha

haha, to have the seats positioned that way is apparently the safest because it is the center of gravity. I would prefer to make it like my 85 4runner but I wanted to play it safe and go with the legal option! 4runner%20ad_zpsziy4viig_cbba82f237b9ef6568f01a846468b54a60814752.jpg
