$545.60. Hoping to get them lower but it's a price I'm willing to pay given their guarantee to color match.

I was quoted $3.2K for them to fix this soup to nuts.

My total cost with paint, the bed panel, and my labor will be ~$1360.

That price sounds right around what my shop would be. They also have to chip guard the bottom of it so that’s an additional hour of labor at least. Also, don’t forget to order new clear vinyl protectors from Toyota to go over those chip guarded spots.

not bad! I think by replacing, you are going the right route, your truck is still worth some $.
And,, the bed is supposed to unbolt, so you and buddy can probably knock it out in the garage in an afternoon.

Dead on. Panel replacement is always better than PDR. The damaged panel's strength is already comprised, the lower groove is bent.

got this taken care of by PDR, I'd say it's 95% better. I can tell because I know it was there.

I was unfortunate to need repair but luckily found a wizard practicing pdr. Front fender dent from edge to edge passing through 2 body lines and it completely disappeared. Maybe not as bad as op but I don’t doubt it could be done by the right person
