    '09 Tacoma 4x4 access base 2.7l 5spd
    I've thought about this too for when I eventually get these side rails (my heavy cap is crushing my plastic rails). I plan on using the kb rails as a template to trace the shape on some 3/4" plywood, and use that as a spacer. I might radius the outer edge with a router.

    I just want to say @KB Voodoo is one of the best vendors I've worked with on here.
    I'm having some trouble with the tailgate cap fitting correctly and have emailed him back and forth today trying to resolve it. He's been super helpful and even willing to send new parts incase the one I received was flawed in some way.
