    Hey guys ,

I am looking to add a bed sled or cargo slide to my 2019 Tacoma SR5 short bed. The dealer I am purchasing my bed cap from told me that because it was a plastic / composite bed it couldn’t be installed or installed properly.

I am pretty sure I have seen Tacomas with the plastic beds have cargo / bed slides.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks gents!

Maybe the ones they have cannot, but people have installed initial/crude versions in the parking lot of Lowes using a cordless saw. Search around TW. Here are some pictures. And one of several threads on the subject: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-tacoma-bed-storage-platform-build.584111/
