Custom Bed Rack

Hi everyone new to the community and have had my Taco for year now. I had custom bars made and mounted a roof top tent. Now I did want a tonneau cover but understand I need something like KB Voodoo bars to be able to also have a tonneau cover. I was wondering if there is a tonneau that does not sit flush and thus I can use with the custom bars I already have. I looked at the decked system and would like to pay less thank 2k as I could just buy The voodoo and tonneau (which I may end up doing) but have a Rockies trip planned in August and need to sort storage as I only have an access cab. Cheers for any advice
