I've heard of this. Good way to add 200-300 lbs to a vehicle. Body work will be impossible. How would you repair panels? Not to mention what it would do to resale.

Not to mention dirt clings into it like crazy, and if you don't pay good money for the good stuff with UV protectant you are going to be looking at one chalky-ass truck.

Had a buddy do his Range Rover in tan. It looked good, but weighed a lot and he was down to single digit mpg.

Wow....that's definitely not what I would want to buy brand new.....I can see if the paint is all messed up anyhow but that's terrible to deal with if you accidentally dent a panel or something....body shops will probably laugh you out the door or quadrupole the estimate. Plus it's gotta be extremely hot in the summer heat and kills fuel mileage by adding weight and making the truck less aerodynamic

looks cool to me but I would want to go for the kevlar instead of full on bedliner. Pics for the people that think links are hard

Even though it's utilitarian, it looks very cheap to me. I understand it's bed liner, but why would I want to coat my entire truck in it? Want paint protection? Don't want chips in paint? Don't like the color you settled with? Wrap the truck instead of bed line it. Don't like the wrap? Least you can peel it off. This is not very practical in my opinion. The downsides outweigh the benefits entirely
