    Hey 2012+ TRD Off Road DCSB owners I need a favour.

    I just picked up some bedside decals from ruggedT and need to know what the stock location is on your guys' trucks. I'm just looking for the measurement from the top of the bed to the top of the decal and from the edge of the bed where it meets the tail light to the rear of the decal. Thanks for your help!

    I think that was in Sockmonkey's decal install thread which is now deleted with the rest of his vendor threads

    Might just be the way it shows up in the pdf, but the bedside decal should be in parallel with the black bed rail cover edge.

    Aw yiss. Interesting.

    EDIT: And doesn't make since there are 2 different measurements for both RH and LH side.

    sense

    and it does make sense because the writing on the decals goes the same way so the short end and long end of the decal are different on each side

    I guess it makes sense. I can only picture it in my head as regardless of what direction they face, the overall decal is the same dimensions and should still fit in the same outlined box at the same height.

    I might not explain this well but ;

    If the decal was symetrical side to side then yes , what you suggest would be correct , however because the decal is not symetrical due to the fact that the writing goes in the same direction , the starting points of the " box " around the decal are different so that the actual writing is in the same location on the truck side to side

    You get what I'm saying ?

    Yeah it clicked now. I think the way it looks in the PDF is throwing me off, but yes it makes more sense now. Good thing I will never be removing my bedside decals and installing new ones:)
