Bedsides backordered

I hope this is the right place to post this. Fairly new to the community here. Anyways I’m really wishing to finish up my Tacoma here that I bought with a slight rear end hit. The LH bedside needs to be replaced yet and wanted to find a used replacement. My truck is a cement O/R and apparently a lot of other people want one too cuz I can’t find one to save my life. Finally decided to check into buying an oem bedside and getting it painted and guess what, there’s over a 1000 on back order. Any other ideas for me. Would prefer to not go with an aftermarket panel but I’m running out of options.

The small dent by the bumper isn’t as big of a deal as the fact that it’s bulged out. A little hard to see in the picture.

 

I'm waiting for a right-hand 6 foot bed panel for my truck. Multiple dealerships have told me that the earliest delivery will be in October.

I've got one on order with a local dealer who sells them at a discount. Was able to secure it for $740. I would suggest finding a dealer who will give you the biggest discount off retail, putting an order in with them, and waiting.

 

It’s looking like that’s gonna be my only option.
